Sit tall on chair, balls of feet on pedal. Hands on sides of seat.

2Execution

1. Press pedal down with control. 2. Resist the return. 3. Keep torso stable. 4. Repeat 8-10 times.

Tips for Better Form

  • Don't lean back
  • Equal pressure both feet
  • Control especially on the way up
