Balls of feet on footbar, heels lifted and together, small V position.

2Execution

1. Press out maintaining heel lift. 2. Don't let heels drop. 3. Control return. 4. Repeat 8-10 times.

  • Keep heels lifted throughout
  • Maintain Pilates V
  • Equal pressure all toes
