1Setup

Hands and knees position. Spine neutral, core engaged.

2Execution

1. Extend right arm and left leg. 2. Hold for 3-5 seconds. 3. Return to start. 4. Extend left arm and right leg. 5. Alternate 8-10 times each side.

Tips for Better Form

  • Keep hips level
  • Don't arch back
  • Reach away from center
  • Move slowly with control
