Exhale to roll back, inhale to switch, exhale to teaser, inhale to fold

1Setup

Sit tall, legs extended, right ankle crossed over left. Arms by sides.

2Execution

1. Roll back, legs overhead like Roll Over. 2. Switch ankle cross at top. 3. Roll up to Teaser balance. 4. Clasp hands behind back. 5. Lower legs, stretch forward over legs. 6. Circle arms back to sides. 7. Roll up to start, switch cross. 8. Repeat 3-4 times.

Tips for Better Form

  • Maintain flow throughout
  • Switch ankles precisely at top
  • Keep transitions smooth
  • Full breath for each phase
