Exhale to extend, inhale to return

1Setup

Lie on back, arms to ceiling, legs in tabletop. Press lower back into mat.

2Execution

1. Lower right arm overhead and left leg toward floor. 2. Hover just above mat. 3. Return to start. 4. Switch sides. 5. Alternate 8-10 times each.

Tips for Better Form

  • Back MUST stay flat on mat
  • Move slowly
  • Exhale on exertion
  • Only go as low as you can control
