1Setup

From Teaser position: balanced on tailbone, hands behind you for support, legs extended to 45 degrees.

2Execution

1. Circle legs to the right, down, around to the left. 2. Return to center. 3. Reverse direction. 4. Keep circles controlled, not too big. 5. Torso stays still. 6. Repeat 3-5 each direction.

Tips for Better Form

  • Keep weight slightly back
  • Start with small circles
  • Don't let momentum take over
  • Press hands into mat
