Stand facing chair, hands on seat. Walk feet to pedal in pike position.
2Execution
1. Push pedal down with balls of feet. 2. Lift pedal using core and hip flexors. 3. Control both directions. 4. Repeat 5-8 times.
Tips for Better Form
- ✓Keep shoulders over hands
- ✓Round spine slightly
- ✓Don't rely on momentum
