1Setup

Sit facing tower, legs straight, holding roll back bar. Arms extended.

2Execution

1. Round spine, tuck tailbone. 2. Roll down one vertebra at a time. 3. Bar guides movement overhead. 4. Roll up with control. 5. Repeat 5-8 times.

Tips for Better Form

  • Use bar as guide, not support
  • Articulate through each vertebra
  • Keep shoulders down
