A playful rolling exercise that massages the spine. Traditionally ends the mat sequence.

Natural breathing, playful rhythm

1Setup

Sit on mat, soles of feet together. Thread arms between legs, holding outside of ankles. Round spine, lift feet to balance.

2Execution

1. Clap feet together 3 times (like a seal!). 2. Roll back to shoulders, clap 3 times. 3. Roll up to balance, clap 3 times. 4. Repeat 6-8 times. 5. Have fun with it!

Tips for Better Form

  • Keep heels close to body
  • Don't roll onto neck
  • Use abs to roll, not momentum
  • Smile - it's supposed to be fun!
