1Setup

Sit on short box, feet under strap. Arms hugging belly or crossed at chest.

2Execution

1. Round spine, tuck tailbone. 2. Roll back to lower tips of shoulder blades. 3. Roll up with control. 4. Repeat 5-8 times.

Tips for Better Form

  • Initiate from pelvis
  • Keep feet actively under strap
  • Don't go too far back
