Standing forward fold articulating through spine.

Exhale to roll down, inhale to roll up

Stand tall, feet hip-width apart.

2Execution

1. Nod chin, roll down through spine. 2. Let arms hang, relax head. 3. Bend knees if needed. 4. Roll up one vertebra at a time. 5. Repeat 3-5 times.

Tips for Better Form

  • Weight stays slightly forward
  • Keep knees soft
  • Stack head last
